Payments of Court Costs and Fees

The Belmont County Juvenile Court accepts cash, credit cards, money orders and checks for payments of all court costs and fees. Payments may be made in person at the Juvenile Court between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday, or mailed to the Court at 101 W. Main St., Courthouse, Saint Clairsville, Ohio 43950. Please include case numbers when making payments to the Juvenile Court. Credit Card payments may be made online, at the Counter or over the phone. Please click below on the appropriate link to make a credit card payment. Visa credit card payments are only acceptable over the phone or online due to Visa policy. All Court fees and costs must be paid in a timely manner in order to avoid further court action. Please call (740)695-2121 extension 1067 with any issues of concern in regards to payments.
